International Year of the Polar Ocean

Arctic Margins: Their Physics, Biology, Links and Complexity

Papers are sought that address all aspects of the changing physical and biological environment on the outer shelf and upper slope areas of the Arctic Ocean. Arctic marine ecosystems are influenced variability in light, nutrient levels, freshwater input, sea ice conditions, water column stability, and other factors. Presentations, both observational and theoretical, exploring the links between the physical environment and the marine ecosystem are welcome, as are those discussing linkages and biocomplexity.
