Venue

The meeting is in Salle 1 (Room 1, the main auditorium) in the Conference Building, UNESCO Headquarters, opposite the Ecole Militaire and near the Eiffel Tower. All meeting participants must use the main UNESCO entrance at 7 Place de Fontenoy (red cross on map). On your first arrival at the UNESCO Building, you may be asked to show identification – we suggest bringing your passport. Once you have registered at the meeting, your meeting badge must be worn at all times and will allow you into the building. Depending on security arrangements at the time of the meeting, we may be able to use the Avenue de Suffren entrance (blue cross) once participants have registered and received their badges. The closest Metro stops to UNESCO are Segur, Cambronne and Motte-Piquet Grenelle, in that order.
