Post Doctoral Fellow in Ocean and Coupled Modelling and Data Assimilation. Dalhousie University is searching for a Postdoctoral Fellow to join the Global Ocean-Atmosphere Prediction and Predictability (GOAPP) Network. The successful candidate will collaborate with researchers at Dalhousie University and other universities in the network, and with scientists from Environment Canada and Fisheries and Oceans Canada, on pre-operational, data assimilative modeling of the North Atlantic and the coupled atmosphere-ocean system. Overall duties include the implementation, operation and evaluation of existing data assimilation and model codes. See entire announcement.
